Warranty Policy
MihuFishing reels are warranted forย one (1)ย year from the date of original retail purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials.
If the warrantied products are defective in workmanship and/or materials, you can simply give us a call or email us and send the defective product back.ย Your order number, date of purchase, and where you bought the product must accompany all warranty claims.ย The shipping costs will be reimbursed. If the warranty expires or there are violations to the warranty, the customers may fix their defective product for a repair cost plus the shipping cost.
The warranty will be void if:
- There are additions made orย alterations to the product.
- Abuse of the product.
- Accidental damage or loss of the product. Misuse of the product.
- Normal expected wear.
- Commercial or rental use.
- Failed to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance: improper care.
*Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to your reel out of warranty.
Even when your reel is no longer under warranty, we are here to help. Reels out of the warranty period may be shipped back to the MihuFishing.

MihuFishing warrants to the original purchaser that any MihuFishing products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for at least one (1) year from the date of purchase.
MihuFishing is not responsible for normal wear and tear, for products used commercially, or for failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, or improper care. There are no other expressed warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, extend beyond the duration of the expressed warranty contained herein. In no event shall MihuFishing be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Shipping Policy
MihuFishing offers FREE shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States on regular size product orders shipped directly to your door.
Items longer than 7 feet 8 inches are non-conventional, such as one-piece rods over 7 feet 8 inches.
We will process ordersย within 1ย working day.

Note: This is due to the additional cost of shipping and handling these extra long items.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid addresses, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Please keep in mind that holidays are not counted as business days and should be taken into account when calculating shipping times.
In some cases, unexpected delays are caused by thorough inspections, out-of-stock issues, and especially during large shipments.
